MANNER Highspeed Torque Flange

MANNER Highspeed Torque Flange is an inductive, fully digital torque measurement flange engineered for high precision and extreme overload resistance. Designed for harsh environments with configurable stator options and digital/analog interfaces.

Highspeed Torque Flange (0.5 kN·m to 20 kN·m)

Built for demanding test bench applications requiring high rotational speeds and robust installation tolerances. The inductive technology enables large rotor-to-stator distances to reduce collision risk and improves transmission quality even with inaccurate installation.

Key Benefits

  • Torque range: 0.5 kN·m to 20 kN·m
  • Rated speeds up to 65,000 rpm
  • Accuracy class 0.05 (optional 0.02)
  • Wide temperature range: −40 °C to 160 °C
  • Up to 10 kHz (−3 dB) bandwidth
  • DAkkS calibrations available
  • Customized mechanical interface

Design & Robustness

  • 400% limit torque of nominal torque without harm
  • 800% breaking torque of nominal torque
  • High bending tolerance

Flexible Stator Configuration

  • Nominal radial distance 10 mm (optional up to 20 mm)
  • Axial tolerance ±2 mm (optional up to ±20 mm)
